Soukrom\u00e9 nemovitosti, je\u017e si lid\u00e9 mohou koupit, jsou toti\u017e bez v\u00fdjimky hodn\u011b drah\u00e9 a vyd\u011blat si na n\u011b neb\u00fdv\u00e1 ani trochu snadn\u00e9. A kdy\u017e pak vlastn\u00ed \u00faspory nesta\u010d\u00ed, cht\u011bj\u00ed si lid\u00e9 n\u011bjak\u00e9 ty pen\u00edze na podobn\u00fd v\u00fddaj p\u016fj\u010dit. Doufaj\u00ed, \u017ee dostanou hypot\u00e9ku, za tu si sv\u016fj byt koup\u00ed a pak ho budou zkr\u00e1tka po hodn\u011b dlouhou \u0159adu let spl\u00e1cet.Co\u017e by v z\u00e1sad\u011b nemusel b\u00fdt \u0161patn\u00fd n\u00e1pad. Pak m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt moudr\u00e9 obr\u00e1tit se na nebankovn\u00ed spole\u010dnost, d\u00edky n\u00ed\u017e m\u016f\u017ee financovat hypot\u00e9ka dru\u017estevn\u00ed byt.
